Zack Group is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The ideal candidate must hold an active state license (or compact license) and have at least 2 years of recent Physical Therapy experience. Start ASAP with a 40-hour workweek and a standard 8-hour shift schedule.

Shifts run 06:00–14:00, 5 days per 8-day pattern, with travel employment status. Benefits include weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Active state license as a Physical Therapist
• Current BLS or specialty certifications for Physical Therapy
• 2 leadership references and 1 coworker reference
• Ability to pass background and urine drug screening
