Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Terre Haute, Indiana. You will assess referred patients, develop a care plan, and provide skilled physical therapy services under physician guidance.

The role requires NPTE eligibility or a doctoral/bachelor’s PT degree and active CPR certification. Field duties include collaborating with the care team, documenting progress, and educating patients and families.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in process for licensure
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals based on patient capacity and tolerance.
• Set realistic goals, document patient condition, and educate patients and families in PT methods.
• Develop a plan of care for each patient and provide skilled PT services per physician orders.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
