Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Moline, IL. The position offers 40 hours per week, a standard 8-hour shift, and access to comprehensive benefits through the travel program.

Ideal candidates hold an active Physical Therapy license, BLS certification, and are prepared for ASAP start. Experience is preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply, with additional licenses or certifications potentially required.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations and treatment needs
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals for coordinated care
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
