Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 11-week assignment in Brawley, California. The role offers 40 hours per week, day shifts, and the chance to work across hospitals, clinics, and rehab centers.

You will evaluate, treat, and educate patients, creating personalized plans and documenting progress in the medical record. A state PT license and BLS are required; a Doctorate is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety measures.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate care.
