Job Description

The Outpatient Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating all assigned patients and developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician direction. This position involves the delegation and direction of discipline‑specific therapy services, ensuring the design of functional treatment programs to facilitate effective return to community activities. The therapist serves as an educator to patients, families, students, coworkers, and self, while adhering to professional standards and compliance with the organizational Code of Conduct.
