International SOS Government Medical Services is seeking a Phlebotomist to support a Washington, DC area research program. You will travel to local sites to collect and prepare specimens while collaborating with team members and research volunteers.

Responsibilities include collecting blood and nonblood specimens, performing screening tests, processing and centrifuging samples, and maintaining supplies and equipment during travel. U.S. citizenship or permanent status is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience performing blood draws and collecting blood specimens.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status.

Responsabilités

• Collect blood and other specimens such as urine, sputum, and throat swabs while traveling in the Washington, DC area.
• Perform screening tests, process and centrifuge samples for laboratory testing, and prepare specimens for reference lab shipment.
• Maintain supplies and equipment during travel and coordinate availability with the project team.
