Job summary

Talentify is supporting a client in Vero Beach, FL, by hiring a Phlebotomist - Float for a 4-month contract. Onsite role with travel between multiple sites; pay rate is $22.79–$24.41 per hour (USD), schedule 6:00 AM–4:00 PM, Mon–Fri with rotating Saturdays.

Must have valid driver license and clean driving record for mileage reimbursement. Expected responsibilities include drawing blood, processing specimens, and ensuring accurate labeling and patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical training preferred (medical assistant/paramedic).
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, WA.

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples and prepare for lab testing.
• Follow established procedures with accuracy and safety.
• Verify patient demographics and proper labeling post-venipuncture.
• Maintain records and documentation.
• Represent the organization with a professional image to patients and staff.
