Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist - Floater for Deltona, FL. This onsite contract role covers multiple Patient Service Center / In-Office Phlebotomy locations with up to 100% travel and rotating Saturdays.

You will draw blood, prepare specimens for lab testing, and maintain patient confidentiality and safety. The ideal candidate has strong phlebotomy skills, is comfortable with pediatric and geriatric collections, and can work independently with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, WA.
• State credentials/licenses: three years phlebotomy experience preferred per state rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
• Work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
• Perform phlebotomy with pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Maintain flexible availability based on staffing needs, including weekends and overtime.
• Adhere to Policies & Procedures and company guidelines.
• Make decisions based on established procedures and exercise good judgment.
• Travel across multiple locations with minimal notice.
• Handle multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
• Demonstrate strong customer focus and clear communication.
