Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Inc. in Elyria, OH is seeking a Phlebotomist II to cover a territory with Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–5:00 PM and weekend rotation. Travel up to 75% and pay starting at $21.50 per hour.

The role emphasizes accurate specimen collection, patient safety, and professional service within high-volume PSCs and client offices. Responsibilities include venipuncture and capillary draws, patient identification, data entry, adherence to testing protocols, and upkeep of a clean collection

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• English required.
• Travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections including venipuncture and capillary draws with minimal error.
• Obtain patient identification and verify labels; perform necessary data entry.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing, label, centrifuge, split, and store as required.
• Communicate procedures clearly; provide professional, efficient service to patients and clients.
