Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections following established procedures including venipuncture and capillary draws.
• Obtain patient identification and ensure correct labeling; enter data as needed.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing per test orders; verify orders in systems.
• Provide professional service and resolve routine patient or client concerns.
