Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Phlebotomist II to cover Ravenna, OH, Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM with rotational weekends. The role involves travel across the territory to PSCs and client offices, ensuring accurate specimen collection and patient identification while upholding testing protocols.

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• English required to communicate with patients and staff.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA and LA.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections including venipuncture and capillary draws.
• Obtain patient identification and ensure accurate labeling; enter orders and billing data.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing per test orders.
• Provide professional, respectful service and address patient questions.
• Travel within territory to PSCs and client offices; maintain a clean collection environment.
