Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II to cover the Marion, OH territory. The role involves travel to Patient Service Centers and client sites, collecting specimens, ensuring patient identification, and maintaining quality specimen handling.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday with limited Saturday rotation and a pay starting at $21.50 per hour. Applicants should have at least two years in phlebotomy, English proficiency, and a valid phlebotomy certification in applicable states.

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• English Required.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections following established procedures, including venipuncture and capillary draws.
• Obtain patient identification and signatures to confirm labeling accuracy.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing, including labeling, centrifuging, and storage.
• Research test/client information and confirm and verify orders using lab systems.
