Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Phlebotomist II for the Mentor, OH area. The role involves travel within an assigned territory to perform professional phlebotomy at PSCs, offices, and other sites, with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotational weekends.

Minimum pay starts at $21.50 per hour, with potential annual incentive and performance bonuses. Responsibilities include accurate specimen collection, patient identification, proper handling and labeling, and data entry.

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA and LA.
• English required

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections via venipuncture and capillary draws.
• Ensure patient identification and accurate specimen labeling.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing per test orders.
• Provide professional and efficient service to patients and clients.
• Travel up to 75% within an assigned territory and maintain accurate records.
