Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is recruiting a licensed pharmacist to join the San Carlos Apache community. The role focuses on prescription processing, medication management, and patient counseling within a hospital setting, supporting clinical teams and the tribal healthcare program.

You will handle controlled substances with accuracy, adapt to variable shifts, and work with ScriptPro, RPMS, and Omnicell systems to serve an underserved population.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and/or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current, active, unrestricted U.S. Pharmacy license (Arizona license preferred).
• Strong knowledge of medications and pharmacy practices.
• Ability to process prescriptions and controlled substances accurately.
• Ability to provide timely patient counseling.
• Flexible and able to work variable shifts and adapt to departmental needs.
• Preferred: 2+ years of clinical pharmacy experience.

Job Highlights

Join a collaborative pharmacy team serving the San Carlos Apache community

Process approximately 1,000 prescriptions per day using advanced pharmacy technology

Work with ScriptPro Pharmacy Management System, SP200 Robot, Omnicell ADCs, Carousel, and Kirby Lester counting machines

Current EMR: RPMS, with transition to a new EHR underway

Provide prescription processing, medication management, controlled substance dispensing, and patient counseling

Support clinical teams throughout the hospital and community

Requirements
