Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions seeks an inpatient pharmacist for a 13-week contract in Peridot, AZ. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify and dispense medications accurately and efficiently.
• Provide safe and timely medication management.
• Support inpatient and ER pharmacy services as needed.
• Process controlled substances in accordance with laws and policies.
• Counsel patients regarding medications.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members.
• Provide clinical pharmacy services and medication therapy management.
• Exercise sound clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills.
• Maintain flexibility across shifts and locations.

Job Responsibilities

The Inpatient Pharmacist Will

Required Experience

• Strong medication therapy knowledge and clinical judgment
• Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
• Reliable team player with a positive attitude

Required Credentials

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and/or PharmD
• Current unrestricted Pharmacist license
• Arizona Pharmacist license preferred
• BLS – Required
• ACLS – Required for inpatient/ER coverage
• PALS – Required (may be completed onsite if needed)
