You will deliver age-appropriate nursing care across pediatric settings and collaborate with a skilled clinical team. Ideal candidates have at least one year of pediatric RN experience, valid RN license, BLS, and PALS/ENPC.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Pediatric RN experience.
• Active RN license per state regulations.
• BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC certification.

Responsabilités

• Explain procedures to children and families to ease fear.
• Administer medications with pediatric dosing and delivery techniques.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during treatment and examination.
• Ensure the comfort and safety of pediatric patients.
• Observe patient condition, document changes, and notify supervisor/physician.
• Respond to life-saving situations per nursing policies and protocol.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and medications.
• Collaborate with families to develop care plans for pediatric patients.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve pediatric care.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of practice.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
