Job summary

UCP Central PA is seeking a Physical Therapist in Early Intervention to support infants and toddlers from birth to age three and their families. You will promote mobility, strength, and developmental progress while partnering with caregivers to create practical, family-centered strategies.

Applicants must have PA licensure or eligibility, a valid driver’s license, and access to a vehicle for travel within Dauphin and York-Adams Counties. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• PA state licensure or eligibility is required.
• Eligibility for PA Promise Enrollment is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 6 months of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of goals, therapy activities, and progress tracking based on the child’s ER/IFSP.
• Provide session notes and documentation for quarterly and yearly reviews.
• Offer guidance to families to meet IFSP goals during community-based therapy sessions.
• Help manage PT services by following regulations and collaborating with community partners.
