Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Pennsylvania State PT License.
• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Clearances including Child Abuse, Criminal Background Check, and FBI required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy sessions based on IFSP requirements.
• Support families in the child's natural environment.
• Collaborate with professionals to achieve goals.
• Maintain documentation of service delivery as required.
