Responsibilities

• Work with children ages birth to three years who qualify for Early Intervention Services.
• Develop the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) in coordination with the IFSP Team.
• Implement the IFSP/IEP within specified timeframes.
• Maintain quarterly progress reports for all children.
• Facilitate communication between team members for quality care.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
