Job summary

UCP Central PA is seeking a part-time Speech and Language Pathologist for Early Intervention to support infants and toddlers (birth to age three) and their families. The role involves travel within Cumberland-Perry, York-Adams, and Lebanon Counties to deliver therapy in natural, community-based settings.

You’ll develop IFSP-based goals, document progress, and collaborate with caregivers and partners. A sign-on bonus of $1,000 is offered, with negotiable pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of ASHA CCC required.
• Eligible for PA Promise Enrollment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Ability to communicate in English and manage time independently.

Responsibilities

• Support infants and toddlers (birth to age three) and families in natural settings.
• Develop goals and track progress based on ER/IFSP and family goals.
• Provide session notes and documentation for reviews.
• Coordinate services and work with community partners.
