TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Omaha, Nebraska. This PCU travel assignment requires a focus on close monitoring of cardiac patients and rapid response to changes in condition.

The role includes 12-hour night shifts and a 48-hour work week, with 13-week duration and a start date of 10/26/2026. The RN must have 1–2 years of acute care experience and current ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications; additional certifications may be required.

Qualifikationen

• ACLS, BLS, NIH, 2 Years.

Aufgaben

• Provide basic bedside care; stabilize critical cardiac patients.
• Change dressings, insert catheters and start IVs.
• Prepare, administer and record prescribed medication, reporting any adverse reactions to treatment.
• Monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients, and interpret and record electronic displays.
• Initiate corrective action whenever information from monitoring equipment shows adverse symptomatology.
