Job summary

Cherry Hill Free Clinic is seeking a Travel Stepdown RN to provide specialized care to patients transitioning from ICU, including telemetry monitoring and post-procedure support.

Responsibilities include medication administration, procedure assistance, documentation, and patient education on cardiac health, with emphasis on safety, infection control, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of recent Stepdown RN experience.
• Valid RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Preferred PCCN and NIHSS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs and cardiac data, administer treatments, assist with procedures and emergencies.
• Document patient history and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients on cardiac health and lifestyle modifications.

Role:

Travel Stepdown RN

Responsibilities:

Provide specialized care to patients transitioning from intensive care, including monitoring cardiac rhythms, administering medications, preparing equipment, and assisting with cardiac procedures. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, patient-centered care, document patient assessments, respond to emergencies, and educate patients on cardiac health and lifestyle modifications. Maintain safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Require at least one year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN, valid RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications. Preferred certifications include PCCN and NIHSS. Must possess critical thinking, interpersonal, technical, and physical skills, including the ability to interpret telemetry data, perform fine motor tasks, and work effectively under pressure.

Key Duties:
