Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse Step Down Traveler to provide expert care for adult step-down patients, with emphasis on complex assessments and continuous cardiac and respiratory monitoring.

You will collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to develop individualized care plans, titrate IV medications, document in EMR, educate patients and families, and uphold infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Strong clinical assessment and monitoring ability.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced travel environment.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols.
