Job summary
ARMStaffing is seeking experienced Progression Care Unit (PCU) / Stepdown Registered Nurses (RNs) for nationwide travel and local assignments. You’ll monitor telemetry, administer complex medications, and respond quickly to changes in patient condition, playing a key role in patient recovery.

Qualifications
- Active RN license with Compact license preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- 1–2 years PCU/Stepdown or Telemetry experience.
- Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation and critical thinking skills.
- Experience with ventilator and drip management preferred.
Responsibilities
- Monitor high-acuity patients and assess changes in condition.
- Interpret cardiac telemetry and vital signs; respond promptly to alerts.
- Administer medications, manage IV drips, and update care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure safe treatment.
- Document interventions and patient progress accurately and promptly.
