MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Council Bluffs, Iowa. This assignment offers 36 hours weekly, 12-hour nights, for 13 weeks in a PCU/step-down setting.

Active RN license, accredited nursing degree, BLS & ACLS, and 18 months PCU/step-down experience are required; other client-specific requirements may apply.

Qualifications

• RN license active and in good standing.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• At least 18 months of recent Acute Care PCU/Step-down experience.
• Other client-specific requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess PCU patients requiring close monitoring.
• Use monitor equipment to track cardiac and vital signs and respond to changes.
