Job summary

TotalMed RN seeks a travel PCU RN for Lewes, Delaware. This is a 13-week travel assignment in the Progressive Care Unit, with 12-hour nights and 36 hours per week.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of recent acute care experience, ACLS and BLS certifications, and is capable of bedside care, IV starts, medication administration, and cardiac monitoring. You will monitor patients, respond to changes, and document findings in the electronic system.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience preferred.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• NIH certification may be required before assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care; stabilize cardiac patients.
• Change dressings, start IVs, and administer medications.
• Monitor and interpret vital signs and cardiac monitoring equipment.
• Document patient information and respond to changes promptly.
