Job summary

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Baltimore, MD. The PCU nurse will provide specialized care in a 38-bed medical-surgical environment focused on cardiovascular, pulmonary, GI, substance abuse, and psychiatric populations, with telemetry and IV management as core duties.

The assignment runs for 13 weeks at 36 hours per week, with night shifts. Ongoing Johns Hopkins System verification may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Maryland or eligibility.
• Telemetry patient care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong IV skills and bedside nursing proficiency.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as scheduled.
• Must meet state nursing licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care in a PCU setting.
• Manage telemetry monitoring and IV therapy for high-acuity patients.
