Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU – Progressive Care Unit for a travel assignment in Omaha, Nebraska. The position requires 36 hours per week with night shifts on a 14-week contract in a PCU/step-down setting.

Active RN license with BLS and ACLS is required; 18 months of recent Acute Care PCU/Step-down experience is preferred. Housing options, weekly pay, and credentialing coverage are included.

Qualifications

• Active RN License
• Degree from accredited nursing program
• BLS & ACLS Certifications
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care PCU/Step-down setting
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients requiring close monitoring in PCU
• Perform frequent patient assessments and escalate changes as needed
