Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN for the PCU – Progressive Care Unit in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This 13-week assignment requires 36 hours per week with night shifts and a travel contract.

The RN should have 1–2 years of recent acute care experience and hold ACLS/BLS certifications, with NIH as an added credential. As a PCU travel nurse, you will monitor patients requiring close observation, manage IVs and medications, and interpret telemetry to detect changes.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of acute care experience preferred.
• PCU/step-down experience welcomed.
• Travel RN with active license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care and stabilize cardiac patients.
• Monitor telemetry and vital signs, titrate medications as prescribed.
• Administer medications and document responses in the chart.
• Operate and troubleshoot monitoring equipment and alarms.
• Collaborate with care team to respond to patient needs.
