Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Cumming, Georgia. The PCU RN will provide bedside care and monitor cardiac and vital information, performing tasks such as IV starts and medication administration during a 13-week assignment in Cumming, GA.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of recent acute care experience and hold ACLS and BLS certifications; NIH may be required.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS required.
• NIH certification may be required.
• Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide PCU nursing care and monitor patients on telemetry.
• Administer medications and document responses.
• Monitor vital signs and adjust care as needed.
• Stabilize patients and provide rapid response when changes occur.
• Assist with IVs, dressings, and catheter care.
