Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel assignment in Cumming, Georgia. The position requires 36 hours per week with 12-hour day shifts in a PCU/Step-down setting.

Requirements include an active RN license, degree from an accredited nursing program, BLS & ACLS certifications, and 18 months of recent Acute Care PCU/Step-down experience. Benefits include weekly pay, housing options, health insurance, and credentialing support.

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Degree from accredited nursing program
• BLS & ACLS Certifications
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care PCU/Step-down setting
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility

Responsibilities

• Monitor PCU patients requiring close monitoring and frequent assessment.
• Use computer equipment to monitor cardiac and other vital information and detect changes, enabling intervention of life-threatening or emergency situations.
