TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Atlanta, Georgia. The PCU RN will care for patients requiring close monitoring and frequent assessment, often in a step-down capacity, with duties including IV starts, dressing changes, and medication administration.

The role requires 1–2 years of acute care experience, ACLS/BLS certifications, and offers 36 hours per week with 12-hour night shifts for a 13-week assignment in Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience required.
• PCU/step-down experience preferred but not required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care and stabilize cardiac patients.
• Monitor patients and adjust medications or IVs as needed.
• Administer prescribed medications and document responses.
