Job summary

TotalMed RN seeks a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Travel Nurse in Denver, Colorado. The PCU RN will monitor cardiac patients, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of acute care experience, ACLS/BLS, and NIH certifications. This 13-week travel assignment offers 36 hours per week, day shifts, and weekly pay with benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years of acute care experience required
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• NIH certification may be required before assignment

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care; stabilize critical cardiac patients.
• Monitor and interpret patient vitals and equipment; report changes.
• Administer prescribed medications and document responses.
• Set up and monitor IVs and small procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure patient safety and timely interventions.
