Trinity Health FirstChoice is seeking a qualified Travel Registered Nurse for flexible, premium compensation assignments at Trinity Health Ann Arbor. Positions involve night shifts, 13-week blocks, and floating across units and facilities.

You will be deployed to fill short-term and long-term assignments with nationwide opportunities, earning premium pay and benefiting from Diverse practice settings and per diem options.

Qualifications

• RN licensing valid in applicable state(s) of practice.
• Minimum 18 months of recent Med Surg/Tele/PCU experience.
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience for critical care, ED, maternal services, surgical services, and behavior health.

Responsibilities

• Float across hospital locations or regions as needed.
• Apply professional nursing processes: assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement, evaluate.
• Exercise independent, safe, and evidence-based practice within licensure and scope.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support quality improvement and outcomes.

** Only for nurses coming to Michigan from out of state, over 60 miles from home to hospital. You cannot work in the same metropolitan area greater than 12 months in order to receive this rate. **

Position Purpose:

What you will do:

• Qualified and willing to float throughout the hospital and/or throughout multiple hospital locations and/or regions
• Knows, understands, incorporates & demonstrates standard elements of professional practice: Assess, Outcomes Identification / Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate
• Acts independently & appropriately within license, scope of knowledge & experience in practice area
• Retains accountability for delegation, choices, decisions & outcomes
• Collaborates with key stakeholders & contributes to quality & improvement practices & outcomes
• Exhibits agility & willingness to take on new & additional responsibilities
• Embraces new ideas & cultural differences while managing competing priorities

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum of eighteen (18) months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Required to have and maintain the credentials required per their specialty area (ex: ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association
