Job summary

Trinity Health Ann Arbor is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for FirstChoice, our mobile staffing solution, offering premium pay and maximum scheduling flexibility. You will float across hospital units and locations to cover short and long-term assignments, including night shifts.

Ideal candidates have RN licensure, a minimum of 18 months' Med Surg/Tele/PCU experience (2 years for other specialties) and current BLS/ACLS/PALS credentials.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Active RN licensure in the applicable state(s).
• BLS, ACLS and PALS credentials current through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float across hospital units and locations as needed.
• Follow professional practice elements: Assess, Outcomes Identification / Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Work independently within licensed scope of practice.
• Maintain accountability for delegation and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Be adaptable to new responsibilities and shifting priorities.
• Respect cultural differences while managing competing priorities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.

• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.

• Minimum of eighteen ( 18) months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg,Teleand PCU.

• Minimum two ( 2) years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.

• Required to have andmaintainthe credentialsrequiredper their specialty area (ex:ACLS, TNCC,etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association
