Job summary

Trinity Health Ann Arbor is seeking experienced Progressive Care Unit (PCU) / Stepdown RNs for FirstChoice – Trinity Health's mobile staffing program. This part-time night-shift assignment offers premium compensation and flexibility in scheduling, with a 13-week block and 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 p.m.

to 7:30 a.m.). RNs float across units as needed, maintain standard professional practice, and collaborate with stakeholders to support quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum of eighteen (18) months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• American Heart Association BLS
• American Heart Association ACLS

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or across multiple locations/regions as needed.
• Apply standard elements of professional practice: Assess, Outcomes Identification/Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within license and scope of knowledge.
• Maintain accountability for delegation, choices, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support quality and improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:
