Job summary

Location: Trinity Health Ann Arbor. Part-time night shift RN travel opportunities with FirstChoice, Trinity Health's mobile staffing solution. Start ASAP for a 13-week assignment at a gross weekly rate of $2,556, with options nationwide/regionally.

As a Progressive Care Unit/Stepdown RN, you will float, apply nursing process, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality care while adapting to multiple hospital settings and shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum of eighteen (18) months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• American Heart Association BLS.
• American Heart Association ACLS.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or across multiple hospital locations and/or regions.
• Knows, understands, incorporates and demonstrates standard elements of professional practice: Assess, Outcomes Identification / Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Acts independently and appropriately within license, scope of knowledge and experience in practice area.
• Retains accountability for delegation, choices, decisions and outcomes.
• Collaborates with key stakeholders and contributes to quality and improvement practices and outcomes.
• Exhibits agility and willingness to take on new and additional responsibilities.
• Embraces new ideas and cultural differences while managing competing priorities.
