Job summary

AAA is seeking a Manager, Travel Partners, to oversee core travel partnerships and emerging collaborations across destinations, hotels, airlines, and tours. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage partner relations, campaigns, and joint promotions.

You will drive strategic plans, monitor KPIs, and optimize investments while leading a team of Product Specialists. Hybrid work requires 3 days on-site in Walnut Creek, CA.

Qualifications

• Experience managing travel provider partnerships across airlines, hotels, tours and cruises.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive marketing and sales outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day partner relations and annual strategic plans for travel partners.
• Drive campaign execution, incentives, and revenue optimization with cross-functional teams.
• Lead and supervise Product Specialists and ensure high team productivity.
