American Medical Response, Inc. is seeking Travel Paramedics to deploy to GMR operations across the United States, providing temporary staffing for vacancies, new operations, or surge demands. SOS Paramedics work blocks of 14 days on average, with at least 45 days per quarter and regular overnight travel from Napa, CA.

You must maintain licensure, complete onboarding, and stay deployment-ready. Duties include patient care, vehicle operations, documentation, and coordination with local teams,

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of field experience as a licensed paramedic.
• 911 response experience and experience working in more than one EMS system preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide paramedic-level assessment, treatment, and transport per clinical protocols.
• Operate ambulances and equipment safely per procedures.
• Work within receiving operation's schedule, dispatch, and documentation systems.
• Complete accurate patient care reports and inspections.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles, equipment, and supplies.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and teams.
• Maintain deployment readiness with current credentials.
• Adapt to different operating environments and teams.

Connaissances

Field experience as paramedic

911 response experience

Experience in multiple EMS systems

Formation

High school diploma or GED

Accredited paramedic education program
