Job summary

AMR in Haltom City, Texas is hiring Paramedics for a full-time position to deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care. You will assess calls, lead scenes, drive ambulances on 911 responses, and collaborate with healthcare and public safety teams.

The role requires state Paramedic license, NREMT-Paramedic, BLS/ACLS, valid driver’s license, and a physical agility test; healthcare experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Driving record compliant with company policy
• Pass Physical Agility Test
• Some work experience, preferably healthcare

Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients and loved ones to provide information and assurance that care is being given.
• Act as Paramedic team leader and take responsibility for the scene and unit management as needed.
• Drive the ambulance on 911 responses.
• Work collaboratively with allied health and public safety personnel and fellow Paramedics.
• Participate in community programs to maintain AMR image and establish community relations.
