Job summary

American Traveler is hiring a Travel RN for PACU with Level I trauma experience and pediatric to geriatric patient care. This travel assignment requires strong PACU skills, Epic EMR proficiency, and 2+ years in critical care settings.

Qualifications

• Active MN RN license required; compact license not accepted.
• Minimum 2 years critical care experience (ICU/ED).
• Previous PACU experience required.
• Epic EMR experience required.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Ability to interpret cardiac rhythms.
• Experience with pediatric and geriatric populations.
• Level I Trauma Center experience required.
• Skills checklist current within 1 year.
• Two supervisory references with employment dates required.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care from neonates to older adults.
• Execute full nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation.
• Coordinate care among disciplines and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Maintain dress code: royal blue scrubs; document all patient interactions.
