Fusion Medical Staffing‑Nursing seeks a Travel PACU RN for a 13‑week assignment in Hartford, CT. You will provide specialized post‑anesthesia care to patients recovering from surgery and collaborate with the surgical team to ensure safe transitions.

This travel position offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and the support of a dedicated clinical team. A valid RN license in CT, BLS, and ACLS are required, with preference for additional certifications.

Qualifications

• One year of recent PACU RN experience.
• Valid RN license in CT per state regulations.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Preferred: PALS or ENPC certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess post‑operative patients and monitor recovery.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol.
• Document assessments and progress in medical records.
• Collaborate with surgical team for discharge planning.
• Handoff communications between OR, PACU, and post‑PACU units.
