Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Phase I Recovery RN for the San Juan Regional Medical Center PACU in Farmington, NM. The role is a 13-week contract with day shifts, 8:30A–6:30P, 40 guaranteed hours per week, and on-call weekends/evenings.

Compensation includes a weekly stipend of $1,267 plus base pay of $28–$29 per hour; total weekly around $2,387–$2,427. Must hold RN license with BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have trauma level recovery experience.
• RN degree is required.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Phase I PACU care for adult patients after general surgery, ortho, neuro, and other procedures.
• Monitor patient status continuously and manage recovery with vitals and protocols.
• Coordinate with surgical teams and anesthesia to ensure safe patient flow.
