Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist Assistant to cover diverse locations across California. The role involves delivering personalized occupational therapy services under supervision, helping clients regain daily living and work-related skills, and supporting individualized treatment plans in multiple settings.

New grads are welcome, with a strong emphasis on adaptability, communication, and a positive, client-centered attitude.

Qualifications

• Valid OTA license required.
• New grads accepted.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different environments and patient needs.
• Positive, patient-centered attitude with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across California.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services under supervision of a licensed OT.
• Help patients develop, recover, and improve daily living and work-related skills.
• Support treatment plans for patients with physical, developmental, or emotional disabilities.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques to improve daily function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
