Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist Assistant to provide care across diverse California settings with flexible contracts starting at 13 weeks.

You will assist in delivering therapy under supervision, help patients develop daily living skills, and document progress while traveling to various locations. New grads accepted; OTA license required and travel willingness expected.

Qualifications

• Valid OTA license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering personalized occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Help patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and work activities.
• Support treatment plans for patients with physical, developmental, or emotional disabilities.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques to enhance daily function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
