Sweetwater Care is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist Assistant to work across California locations on flexible contracts (minimum 13 weeks). The role involves delivering therapy services under supervision, helping patients improve daily living activities, and supporting treatment plans with patient education and progress notes.

Qualifications

• Valid OTA license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering occupational therapy services under supervision of a licensed OTA.
• Help patients develop, recover, and improve daily living and work activities.
• Support treatment plans for patients with physical, developmental, or emotional disabilities.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques to enhance daily function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
