Job summary

American Traveler seeks a Travel Occupational Therapist for a Home Health position in Everett, Washington, serving geriatric patients with a 60-mile territory radius. The role features a day shift (8:00 AM–4:30 PM), a typical caseload of 5–7 patients daily, and no on-call duty unless rotated during interview.

Requirements include an in-hand OT license, 2+ years of recent experience, OASIS and HCHB proficiency, and a current BLS certificate.

Qualifications

• Active OT license in-hand at submission.
• Minimum 2 years of recent relevant experience.
• OASIS experience for Start of Care (SOC).
• Proficiency in HCHB charting system.

Responsibilities

• Home Health OT services for geriatric patients.
• Caseload 5–7 patients per day.
• No on-call requirement; rotation may be discussed.
• Travel within up to 60 miles; own transportation required.
• Day shift 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, 5x8 hours.
