Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist for Home Health in Spokane Valley, WA. The role centers on providing skilled OT services to geriatric patients in their homes with 40 hours per week, 8-hour days, and a 13-week assignment.

Requirements include active OT licensure, OASIS and HCHB proficiency, BLS, and a valid driver’s license. Expected on-site travel, with mileage reimbursement and a willingness to cover an assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Active OT license in-hand before consideration.
• Minimum 1 year of recent home health or relevant experience.
• OASIS and HCHB experience required for SOC.
• BLS certification required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health occupational therapy services to geriatric patients.
• Complete Start of Care assessments using OASIS and develop care plans.
• Document patient progress in HCHB EMR and coordinate with care team.
• Maintain a typical caseload of 5–7 patients per day in travel assignments.
• Be available for on-call every 6th weekend and travel to assigned territory.
