Job summary

Cross Country Allied seeks a travel Occupational Therapist for an OT HH role in Everett, Washington. The position focuses on geriatric home health, with attention to timely documentation, patient care, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams.

You will assess needs, develop therapy plans, and ensure compliance with clinical standards. The assignment runs for 13 weeks, starting 10/05/2026 and ending 01/04/2027, with 40 hours per week, typically 8 hours daily.

Qualifications

• Valid license in hand.
• Minimum 2 years relevant OT experience including OASIS experience for Start of Care staff.
• Proficiency in HCHB (Homecare Homebase).
• Current BLS certification.
• Active driver's license and personal transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform geriatric home health occupational therapy assessments and develop therapy plans.
• Deliver home health OT services with emphasis on timely documentation and patient care.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team and adhere to clinical standards.
• On-call rotation may be required; travel across designated territory.
