Qualifications

• Must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.
• Available to travel and temporarily reside outside primary home.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and treatments.
• Attend patient care and staffing conferences.
• Ensure quality of service in a compassionate atmosphere.
• Document all patient treatments and progress.
• Organize treatment groups in consultation with Occupational Therapist.
